SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping at Sarena! We are pleased to offer Free Shipping on all orders shipped to the United States. 

1. Shipping & Processing Times
* Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. 
* Shipping Time: Once processed, standard shipping to the United States typically takes between 7 to 15 business days to arrive at your destination.

2. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will become active within 24-48 hours.

3. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Sarena is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

4. Damages & Incorrect Addresses
If you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the product so we can assist you. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout; Sarena is not responsible for deliveries lost due to incorrect address entry.
